TSYS follows all applicable national and regional laws and regulations prohibiting slavery and human trafficking. Additionally, TSYS has a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, reviewed annually by all of our employees and directors, which includes our commitments to treat all employees with respect and dignity with equal opportunities and the support of fundamental human rights for all, and to not employ underage children or forced laborers.
TSYS uses a number of suppliers in providing payment services. As part of its vendor review process, TSYS engages with its suppliers to seek assurance that the suppliers do not engage in slavery or human trafficking. TSYS will not support or engage suppliers where it is aware of slavery or human trafficking in such suppliers’ business or supply chains or where a supplier has failed to provide assurance to TSYS that it does not engage in slavery or human trafficking. In accordance with Section 54 of the United Kingdom’s Modern Slavery Act 2015, TSYS’ Board of Directors has approved this transparency statement. This transparency statement is for the financial year ended December 31, 2016.
